ABBY is one of our signature small training groups. We concentrate on strengthening and toning the glutes and core while also working on increased flexibility. Each section runs 15-20 mins where members go from each specified training mode & format. The end result is almost an hour of training specifically tailored to helping members build muscle, lose inches, and lose body fat in problematic areas and become bendy and relaxed at the same time!
HIIT is a training programming that alternates between short bursts of high intensity exercises and periods of lower intensity movements. This 30 min small training group is perfect for members who may be short on time but want to maximize their effort and results!

Its 30-45 mins of fitness training and fun for the kids. From weights to plyometrics to cardio, the kids will enjoy everything that is sweat youth!
